About the Role

We are looking for a fulltime Machine Operator to join us on our day shift, working with our Operations team to safely and competently process glass products using the latest, state-of-the-art glass processing machinery.

You will receive ongoing in-house training in machine operation, glass handling, equipment and safety to develop within our environment.

Our day shift hours are Monday to Thursday 6am-2.30pm and Friday 6am - 12pm.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Operate glass processing machines
• Carry out scheduled work as arranged by the Day Shift Supervisor
• Assist in the daily maintenance of machines as required
• Check and measure finished products to ensure exact specifications are in line with job requirements
• Produce quality products to specification
• Ensure documentation is signed off and correct
• Maintain a safe work area
• Work safely, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Daily housekeeping of machinery and surrounding work area
