The role

We’re looking for self-motivated, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join us as full-time Apprentices in our ProInstall glazing team.

Our team has over 150 combined years’ experience to learn from and develop your glazing skills. Reporting to the ProInstall Manager, you will receive strong guidance and support throughout your apprenticeship to be the best you can be as you work towards a Certificate III in Glass and Glazing.

What you will learn

  • Commercial glazing and reglazing
  • Aluminium assembly, fitting and installation
  • Shower screen/mirror installation
  • Measuring, cutting and preparation of glass products
  • Shopfront installation
  • Use of power tools and equipment
  • Read and understand site drawings and fabrication sheets
  • Correct handling of glass

  • Enthusiasm and interest to learn a trade in the glass industry
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Good punctuality and reliability
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Commitment to completing three-year apprenticeship
  • A focus on being a team player and taking guidance from others
  • Have the ability to lift 20-30kgs and move glass safely
